The Alan Cristea Gallery in London is currently presenting a solo exhibition of new work by influential conceptual artist Michael Craig-Martin

Objects of our Time is a new series of 12 vividly coloured screenprints by artist Michael Craig-Martin, giving us a different way to look at the products that we all use in our daily lives – like the takeaway coffee cup, recycling bins and pair of noise-cancelling headphones shown below.

An influential teacher at Goldsmiths College London from 1973 to the late ’80s, Michael Craig-Martin’s former art students include Damien Hirst, Ian Davenport, Julian Opie, Michael Landy and Sarah Lucas.
