10 minimalist cocktail drink posters

If his brilliant minimalist cocktail posters are anything to go by, it must permanently be Pimm’s O’Clock at Nick Barclay Designs! One request for a new drink though, where’s my Mojito please Nick?

Bellini

4 ounces Champagne
2 peach puree
1 splash Grenadine
Fine sugar

Bloody Mary

2 ounces Vodka
4 ounces tomato juice
½ tablespoon lemon juice
1 splash Worcestershire sauce
3 to 4 dashes Tabasco
1 teaspoon horseradish
Stalk of celery

Cosmopolitan

2 ounces Vodka
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce lime juice

Daiquiri

2 ounces White Rum
½ teaspoon superfine sugar
½ ounce lime juice

Manhattan

2 ounces Rye Whiskey
1 ounce Italian Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Twist of orange
Maraschino cherry

Margarita

2 ounces Silver Tequila
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce lime juice
Garnish rim with salt

Martini

4 ounces Gin
1 ounce Dry Vermouth
Cocktail Onion (Gibson)
Twist of lemon
Olive

Negroni

1 pt Gin
1 pt Sweet Vermouth
1 pt Campari
Ball of ice
Twist of orange

Old-Fashioned

1 sugar cube
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Club soda
2 ounces Rye Whiskey
Large ice cube

Sazerac

1 sugar cube
2 ½ ounces Rye Whiskey
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Absinthe
Lemon peel
